1. Information We Collect

When you install Todokeru, we collect and store the following:

• Your Shopify shop domain
• Authentication data, including access tokens and granted scopes
• Shipping rate configurations you create within the app

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely to authenticate your store, maintain secure sessions, and provide custom shipping rate functionality at checkout.

We do not sell, rent, or use merchant data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is hosted on Railway infrastructure and transmitted exclusively over HTTPS. Access tokens and store data are stored securely and used only to provide app functionality.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Merchant data is retained only while the app is installed. Upon uninstallation, session data is deleted immediately. All remaining data — including shipping rate configurations — is permanently deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

Todokeru supports the following Shopify GDPR webhooks:

• customers/data_request
• customers/redact
• shop/redact

5. Data Sharing

We do not share merchant data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide hosting infrastructure and maintain app functionality.

6. Merchant Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
